BCAA Post Workout Powder (Honeydew/Watermelon)

For lean muscle and recovery, our BCAA Post Workout Powder combines 5000 mg of branched-chain amino acids with glutamine. It has the perfect ratio of one part isoleucine to two parts valine and leucine. Building lean muscle requires both increased nitrogen retention and protein synthesis, which these amino acids provide.

Because the body is unable to produce BCAAs from other compounds, they are regarded as essential. BCAAs are metabolised directly in the muscle. Intead, they have to come from from nutrition or supplements.
